Although you all undoubtedly know Thanksgiving, from the media, the cinema or any other source, here in Spain some less will know its origin or what it means to celebrate a day to give thanks for the people and the good things that we have and happen to us. Since it makes no sense to write down what is already written and mark a lantern as if it had been written by me, I refer you to the history of the celebration here.

Although it is an Anglo-Saxon party, I encourage you to celebrate it, first because life is too short not to celebrate with the slightest excuse and second because despite the times, we all have something to thank someone for, even if it is for oneself. so look for a turkey, cranberry and mint sauce, sweet potatoes, potatoes and above all good company.
